If I could give 0 stars, I would. Safelite installed the back glass on my Tesla Model 3 incorrectly, leaving the glass looking noticeably different from how my car looked when I brought it in. They also left the interior trim hanging inside my vehicle. Tesla has since verified that the installation was done incorrectly, yet the issue has remained unresolved for over two weeks. What’s even more frustrating is that after speaking with several different Safelite representatives, not a single note was added to my profile documenting the ongoing issue. Communication has been terrible. They rarely answer the phone, and when someone does finally answer, it’s a different person who has no idea what is going on and I have to explain the entire situation all over again. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. If you own a Tesla, I strongly recommend going directly to a Tesla Service Center rather than using Safelite. Save yourself the headache. This entire experience has been a nightmare.

I had to have my windshield replaced after a repair failed. Told me that it would take 2 hours to replace, actually completed within 45 minutes. My truck had been detailed before the repair & they left a little bit of a mess for me to clean after the replacement. I also found that the rear view mirror hadn't been properly installed & was left loose. Not at all impressed with the level of service. It didn't cost me anything as my insurance covered it.

Scheduled last week.arrive they pulled other cars at my allotted Scheduled time.i sat for 30 minutes before they took my car in. 20 minutes later nate scibor came and said they didn't have the right part.proceed to tell me he was going to pur my car back together. And then tells me he didnt take anything off.

My Technician Tyler absolutely saved me! I had been waiting on another company that actually broke my window in their attempt to fix it and left me without a window for over 10 days. Safelite came out got a new window and made a small repair to get me back on the road safely. Tyler was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his craft, he was prompt kind and courteous. I feel truly taken care of by this company and this Technician.

I noticed my windshield was strucked by something and caused cracks. I notified Geico and they recommended Safelite at Wappingers Fall location. They were AMAZING. From stellar customer service and efficiency to the quality of the replacement I must share how pleased I am all around. Thank You Nate, Ryan B & Ryan for making this process easy and restoring my faith that GOOD customer service still exists.
